In the late 90's Taina of Anti-Product held a meeting at the Mary Street Punk house and at that meeting the first incarnation of Binghamton's Food Not Bombs was Started. Suprisingly the City of Binghamton granted us a permit to serve outside on a place we called Grass on the Roof where the MLK Promenade is now located between the Boscov's building and the river.
